Welcome to 1st Reflections, a new monthly series. In an effort to continue to improve my own awareness, I thought this would be a nice exercise to do at the beginning of each month.
Here's how it will work. Each month end/beginning, I'll reflect back and write out everything that I have gratitude for in the previous month. Then, I'll bucket list my intentions for the coming month. By visiting this each month, I am building the focus around my intentions while ensuring that I'm enjoying all the areas of my life that I'm thankful for. So here it goes:
That's a huge list so I better stop there before I make a commitment to do too much. That will cause undue stress and make me not want to do this.
So now you get the idea of what I'm trying to do. Your homework, if you choose to accept it:-), is to start your own list and follow along. See if it helps you focus on awareness and gratitude a little more.
