This is the second installment of Gratitude and Intentions encompassing November and December 2014. 1st Reflections is the monthly series I started in an effort to improve my own awareness, I thought this would be a nice exercise to do at the beginning of each month.
Here's how it works. Each month end/beginning, I'll reflect back and write out everything that I have gratitude for in the previous month. Then, I'll bucket list my intentions for the coming month. By visiting this each month, I am building the focus around my intentions while ensuring that I'm enjoying all the areas of my life that I'm thankful for. So here it goes:
So now you get the idea of what I'm doing. Your homework, if you choose to accept it:-), is to start your own list and follow along. See if it helps you focus on awareness and gratitude a little more.
